¹ The UK premiere was an edited, talkie version of the silent original. In 2012, stereographer Carl Hernz discovered an 'accidental' 3-D version of the film, made possible because it was shot with two separate cameras running side by side (standard industry practice at the time). In this instance, the cameras were so close together that it produced an authentic stereoscopic image! However, this was entirely unintentional, and the film doesn't qualify as a 3-D production.
